• Account information: Email address, name, and profile picture (provided via Google OAuth)
• Content data: Topics, scripts, and videos you generate using the Service
• Usage data: Video count, subscription plan, and feature usage
• Payment data: Processed by Lemon Squeezy — we do not store credit card numbers

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your video generation requests
• Manage your account and subscription
• Send important service-related communications
• Enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Storage & Security

Your account data is stored in Supabase (PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Generated videos are stored on Cloudflare R2. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate Clippie:

• Supabase: Authentication and database
• Google OAuth: Account sign-up and login
• ElevenLabs: AI voice generation
• Google Gemini / Anthropic Claude: AI script generation
• Cloudflare R2: Video and media storage
• Lemon Squeezy: Payment processing
• Resend: Transactional emails
• Vercel: Web hosting

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy. We encourage you to review them.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies.

6. Data Retention

Your account data is retained for as long as your account is active. Generated videos are stored indefinitely unless you delete them. If you delete your account, your data will be removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data

8. Children's Privacy

Clippie is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
